The User declares having read and accepted this Privacy Policy before using the interactive features of the Website.


Protection of Personal Data

The Company reserves the right to collect and process personal data relating to its Clients, including name, first name, email address, phone number, and IP address.

If the User refuses to provide their personal data, they may continue to browse the websites www.propertyhunter.be and blog.Propertyhunter.be, but certain features may be unavailable.

The Company uses Users’ personal data for the following purposes: sending newsletters about the Company’s products and activities, registration for information sessions provided by the Company, customer management via the contact form on the Website, and sending a PDF with real estate purchase advice to the Client. Data processing is necessary for the performance of a contract concluded with the Consumer, negotiation of new contracts, and the legitimate interests pursued by the Company.

Data is retained for a period of 10 years.

Data is processed by the Company and its service providers acting as subcontractors, such as the Website host and Mailchimp.

The Company takes all necessary measures to protect personal data, ensure its integrity and confidentiality, and prevent it from being altered, damaged, or disclosed to unauthorized third parties.


User Rights

In accordance with Belgian law of December 8, 1992, on the protection of privacy with respect to the processing of personal data, and as of May 25, 2018, Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of April 27, 2016, regarding the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, the User has the right to access their data, request its modification, total or partial deletion, or transfer.

The User declares that their data is valid and up-to-date.

The User may also object to the processing of their data.
