Nous tenons à remercier du fond du cœur Mme Lardinois qui a très vite compris notre demande et qui nous a aidé à trouver un bien en 2 visites. Nous avons essayé avec une “agence classique » mais avons été noyés par des propositions qui ne correspondaient pas du tout à nos recherches… Le fait que Mme Lardinois ait compris notre demande, qu’elle a screené pour nous le marché et proposé ces 2 biens a été un gain de temps considérable. Elle a également aidé dans la revue des informations de la commune et du syndic, chose que l’agence du vendeur n’avait pas fait de façon optimale. Mme Lardinois s’est également adapté à nos horaires (le soir après 18h et le weekend ) et nous avons également apprécié ceci car vu nos horaires de travail il nous était impossible de faire autrement.
